Local Organizations for Kids' Learning:

LEARNING LAB - kidtime: This program is great for families that need educational support. We will provide your child with support during their online school hours. During breaks and before pick up children would have opportunities to participate in enrichment activities both outdoors and indoors. 

ScienceWorks: This museum in Ashland is open with special rules for the pandemic. They also have some online activities, so go to ScienceWorks Online (https://scienceworksmuseum.org/scienceworks-online/).

Southern Oregon University Youth Programs
Offering elementary through high school enrichment classes after school hours and on weekends. Many homeschoolers take these classes.

Rusk Ranch Nature Center: Located in the beautiful Illinois Valley of Southern Oregon, we offer kids and families an interactive learning environment to learn all about nature as well as recreational activities for everyone to enjoy!  Butterfly Pavilion, Hummingbird Garden, Nature Discovery Play, Volunteer DaysWorkshops, Youth Programs, Internships.   Wildlife Preserve and Meadow available during events.

MyDIRTPark: Direct Involvement Recreation Teaching, DIRT, brings hands on education, authentic learning, to the community through recreational activities; we learn by doing- and we grow!

Wildlife Images: The facility was created in order to provide for the care and treatment of sick, injured and orphaned wildlife. Wildlife Images has since expanded to provide educational programs on wildlife, conservation, and the environment to schools, organizations and the general public.
